
A 50 minute body toning class where light weights are used with short bursts of cardio in between sets, to keep the class moving. LIIT classes are structured to suit all levels of ability. If you have no weights available at home, the work can be done with cans or water bottles. Classes also use your own body weight for squats and lunges. Must have the ability to get up and down from the floor, a technique used to sustain the heart rate throughout the workout.
